Humans are one of the younger races in the world of Menune, and though they are one of the most common and widespread, their true origins remain shrouded in mystery. The oldest mentions of humanity are referenced in ancient tales from Dragons, which state that prior to being gifted the ability to harness mana and use arcane magics, humans were a simple and primitive species simply fighting amongst themselves across the continent of Narador.
Once granted the gifts of magic from the Dragons, humans would begin to build great cities and empires all across the continent, with some of the oldest known being the ancient desert-city of Zhalva and the mysterious Cenrad's Ruin. Nowadays, humankind has completely engulfed the continent of Narador, with many Kingdoms and Empires both rising and falling over the short time that humans have been present in the world, such as the Chalois Empire and the Madagoushu Dynasty.
